Scott Klososky Game Changing Technologies to Dominate your Industry

Scott is the founder of numerous successful technology startup companies, and this has helped him gain a unique perspective into technology’s impact on industry and humanity. He is not just an observer of digital trends, he has routinely invested in his future visions with a great track record of success. This unique perspective and future vision have allowed Scott to travel the globe as a speaker, consultant, and author. He works with senior executives in organizations ranging from the Fortune 500 to universities, nonprofits, and countless professional associations and coalitions. As a technology entrepreneur, he also continually works in the trenches of building his own companies. Scott is the founding partner of Future Point of View (FPOV), a digital strategy firm based in Oklahoma City. FPOV focuses on architecting world-class digital strategies, and in the process helps clients to raise revenue, lower costs and become leaders in their industry.

Mark Smith Mission-Driven Culture

Since 1979, Mark’s led teams and organizations in complex, high-risk environments. For 22 years, Mark served in Army special operations. Mark helped found the National Wildfire Coordinating Group leader curriculum.  He recently partnered with the International Association of Fire Chiefs to develop Leading in Crisis: Strategic Leadership in Catastrophic Events L-580 program. Mark consults with agencies adopting a principles-based Mission-Driven Culture. He’s authored several essays and papers on high-risk culture such as The Big Lie.

Will Bowen Complaint Free Leadership

Will Bowen was a top salesperson and successful manager for more than 20 years. Then, in 2006 Will challenged students in a prosperity class he was teaching to give up complaining. He gave each person a purple rubber bracelet along with the instructions to switch the bracelet to the other wrist every time they complained. “The goal is to establish a new, Complaint Free habit by going 21 consecutive days without complaining,” Will said. Will’s Complaint Free idea EXPLODED around the world and, to date, more than 11 million purple bracelets have been distributed to people in 106 countries.

Paul LeSage The Power of Collaboration and Teamwork – Evolving Concepts in Managing Risk 

Paul LeSage worked for 29 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic in Portland, Oregon, serving several years on the Technical Rescue and Dive Team and as a Helicopter Flight Paramedic. He retired from the fire department as the Assistant Chief of Operations in January 2010, and has over 36 years of experience in emergency services as a provider and executive. He spent two years as the Interim Director at Oregon’s second-largest 911 Center, implementing a unique Quality and Performance Program. Paul currently works as a Partner and Senior Analyst with SG-Collaborative Solutions, where his work centers on creating reliable and resilient systems within high consequence industries, primarily commercial aviation and healthcare. He also leads teams charged with deconstructing and analyzing aviation and healthcare incidents, and conducts Probabilistic and Predictive Risk Analyses that are designed to improve performance, sustain quality, and better manage risk. Paul and his teams at SG currently conduct this work
across the United States, Canada, Central America, and Australia. He holds degrees in Organizational Communications, Human Factors Analysis, EMS, and Fire Science. Paul has authored a popular book on Crew Resource Management in Emergency Services, and was also the founder of Informed Publishing, which created Nursing, Medic, and Emergency Service mobile apps for
front-line care providers.
